Tree Aesthetics is a leading company in the Tree Services Industry in WA, which is also reflected in our safety record with very few, very minor workers' compensation claims.

Great emphasis is placed on consistently training staff to a high standard, because as well as being more productive, it is cost effective and safer.

Safety Management

All Tree Aesthetics staff are thoroughly briefed in the safe use of all equipment, machinery and vehicles. This procedure is repeated at regular intervals.

Tree Aesthetics, as required by Worksafe, provides all protective gear, and its use is insisted upon.

An occupational safety and health manual is displayed in our workshop for ready reference by all staff.

Comprehensive first aid kits are kept in every vehicle with easy-to-understand instructions (compiled by a registered nurse).

Vehicles are fitted with fire extinguishers.

Staff are in-house trained, particularly in the safe use of wood chippers.

On-site training is ongoing, and staff are promoted in line with their acquired skills, experience, and safety record.

All vehicles, machinery, ropes and safety equipment are well maintained, safety checked, and are never operated in unworthy conditions.

Staff are warned that protective clothing must be worn and safety equipment in place, or there is no work start on site.

Accidents must be reported in writing to the office as required under the Workers' Compensation Act.
