Private access roads/drives/curbing/crossovers to work sites will generally be used by our trucks and machinery. We take no responsibility for possible damage. If the above facilities are not suitable for the carriage of such vehicles, please inform us when quoting so other access methods can be employed which will be reflected in the quotation.
Note; We are not responsible for damage to underground services not exposed or identified to the operator shown on base plans supplied to us.
Note; If your job includes stump grinding, a contractor will be contacted after your work is completed. Shavings from stump grinding will be left on site unless alternative arrangements are made.
By accepting this quotation or any other variation thereof, you the customer, agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions;
(1.) Payment of all accounts are required as per the terms stated on the invoice and also indicated by “Due Date”.
(2.) Should you the customer default in any payment of any monies due and payable to Tree Aesthetics, Tree Aesthetics shall be entitled to charge interest at the rate of 10% per annum on all overdue amounts as and from the due date until the date of payment.
(3.) You agree that Tree Aesthetics may charge any fees and/or expenses incurred by Tree Aesthetics in appointing and engaging debt collectors and/or solicitors to recover any amounts owing by you the customer to Tree Aesthetics and agree to be liable to pay such fees and expenses to Tree Aesthetics on a full indemnity basis.
(4.) You the customer must provide notice in writing of any claim for damages to Tree Aesthetics within 48 hours of the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim.
(5.) Tree Aesthetics shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage that is not reported in the specified manner.

Note; We are not responsible for damage to underground services not exposed or identified to the delivery driver shown on base plans supplied to us.
(1.) Prices are subject to change without notice.
(2.) While all efforts are made to deliver products at the designated time, on occasion circumstances beyond our control occur, meaning an alternative delivery time may be required.
(3.) Scoop definition; When the word scoop is referred to during pricing, this is an attachment to the skid steer used to load the trailer / Ute. The size of this bucket is 0.5m3.
(4.) m3 price applies after 5 scoops or 2.5m3.
(5.) It is the responsibility of the customer to secure their load when collecting products from Tree Aesthetics. Tree Aesthetics holds no responsibility for unsecured loads. Tarps and various tie down accessories are available from the office to purchase, please enquire for pricing.
(6.) All products are to be paid in full prior to leaving the yard or being unloaded at the delivery address.
Special Offers and Vouchers
(1.) All vouchers are valid until their expiry date.
(2.) Up to 10% vouchers are based on the cost of products or services bought. Eg, $501 to $1000 5% discount applies, between $1001 and $3000 7.5% discount applies, over $3001 10% discount applies. Price limits are excluding Goods and Services Tax.
(3.) Discount given is capped at $500.
(4.) No discount applies to quotes under $500.
(5.) Vouchers can be used in conjunction with any one service or product only.
(6.) Vouchers can not to be used with any other offer.
(7.) Vouchers are not transferable.
(8.) Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment immediately.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We dont not offer exchanges for change of mind.
To return your product, you should return your product to: Lot 10 Talbot Road, Hazelmere, WA, 6055, Australia.
You will be responsible for shipping if returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
